Monochrome Minimalism is an interior design trend that revolves around the use of a single colour or its various shades throughout the space. This minimalist approach to interior decor allows for the creation of cohesive, elegant, and exceptionally intriguing interiors while highlighting key compositional elements.

How to arrange an interior in this style:

First and foremost, monochrome, meaning total colour minimalism: everything in a single tone or colour group. The colour is present both in products and throughout the entire space.

The colours are vivid and bold, one could even say masculine (in the past, masculine was black, and now strong colours replace black).

The interiors are minimalist, with few accessories, creating a clean and straightforward style. It’s a very modern and even futuristic design.

Distinct and defined shapes. Products are simple in form and geometric, with clean, block-like lines, such as square bathtubs.

Proper lighting plays a significant role, as we play with light to create the atmosphere, using a lot of LEDs.

In 2024, monochrome will remain fashionable, much like in the previous year, but neutral colours will be complemented by stronger hues such as cobalt blue, olive green, and terracotta orange. These colours will look excellent both against a light background and when combined with each other, creating harmonious compositions. This trend offers a choice for those who value aesthetic restraint, elegance, and spaces with a profound compositional dimension.
